The monitoring of fugitive dust, particularly from coal handling activities such as mining, transport or ship loading is an important environmental and community requirement. Dust particles will affect visibility and soil property however very small particles are a major health concern due to their respirable properties.  Steel River Testing provides services to measure dust in the air by the following methods:
